How to use
Please carefully read all instructions and cautions on the packaging before use.
This balm is suitable for adults and children over 12 years old.
Wash and dry your hand before and after every use.
Apply enough balm (approx. a 2cm length) to cover the affected heel/foot area and gently rub in. Use once to twice daily in the morning and/or at night, or as otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
