Floradix Iron Formula is a liquid iron and vitamin supplement containing iron from ferrous gluconate together with vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and C. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation. Vitamin C helps increase iron absorption.

Ingredients:

Aqueous Herbal Extract (54%) from Carrot Root, Nettle Leaf, Spinach Leaf, Couch Grass Rhizome, Fennel Fruit, Brown Alga and Roselle Flower; Mixture of Fruit Juice Concentrates and Fruit Juices (29%) from Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red Beet and Lemon, with Carob Extract, Natural Flavour and Apple Extract; Aqueous Yeast Extract, Honey, Rosehip Juice Concentrate (0.9%), Ferrous Gluconate (Iron), L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Wheat Germ Extract, Natural Flavours, Thiamin Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin 5′-Phosphate Sodium (Vitamin B2), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12).

How to use:
For maximum iron absorption, take on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after eating.

• Adults and children over 12 years: Take 10ml twice daily.
• Children aged 6–11 years: Take 10ml once daily.
• Children aged 3–5 years: Take 5ml once daily.

Shake the bottle well before use.
