Triphala is a traditional blend of three fruits, amla, haritaki and bibhitaki, long respected in Ayurvedic practice. Ausha’s Organic Triphala Powder uses them in equal parts, one third each. It is Certified Organic by the Soil Association and approved by the Vegan Society, with no additives or colourings.
It is simple to enjoy every day. Stir it into juices, smoothies, warm water or tea, or mix about half a teaspoon with a teaspoon of raw honey. Available in 100g and 250g sizes.
