Quies bright foam earplugs are made from soft, flexible polyurethane foam and reduce noise by approximately 35 dB. Their ergonomic shape expands gently to fit the ear canal and helps provide secure, comfortable protection.
Directions
Roll one earplug between the fingers to compress it. Pull the top of the ear gently upwards and insert the compressed plug into the ear canal. Hold it in place for a few seconds while the foam expands. Remove slowly with a gentle twisting motion.
