Directions
Wash hands before and after use. Insert the pessary as high as possible into the vagina at bedtime using the applicator provided. Apply the external cream thinly and evenly around the entrance of the vagina 2 or 3 times daily and smooth in gently until symptoms disappear. If pregnant or trying for a baby, consult your doctor or midwife before use.
