This tea combines the power of 12 medicinal herbs that help you to manage your blood pressure and stress, including European mistletoe, hawthorn, Shepherd’s purse, white goosefoot, wild thyme, hogweed, nettle, common stork’s bill, valerian, white horehound.
It is important to note that whilst many people find herbal remedies helpful, individual responses can vary.
Consumption: To prepare the tea, add a tablespoon of the mix to 500ml of cold water and leave to infuse overnight. The next day, heat the mixture to a boil, let it cool and divide into two doses. It is recommended to consume 2 cups per day, in the morning and the evening before main meals. Duration of consumption from 1-3 months, depending of age and severity of condition. In the case of hypertension, it is recommended to combine with the use of our heart health tea.
