Mineral and tannin rich.
Classically thought of as a uterine tonic, which helps to tone the uterus to support organ health in general, along with being traditionally used as a later stages of pregnancy and birthing herb.
I drank quite a bit from about half way onwards and felt blessed to experience the miracle of what I’m guessing was my uterus rippling downwards all on its own and I did think thanks you muscles and raspberry leaves.
Grown generously by nature, dried and drunk at Blean Y Wern, Carmarthenshire.
