Directions
Fill the bottle to 240ml with warm drinking water at 35–40°C. Dissolve one sachet for an isotonic wash or two for a hypertonic wash. Shake until dissolved, lean over a sink and irrigate each nostril while breathing through the mouth. Use the freshly prepared solution immediately and clean the bottle after use.
Ingredients
Each sachet contains saline solution ingredients enriched with sodium bicarbonate and hyaluronic acid. The prepared solution contains no preservatives or pharmacological substances.
Safety Information
Use safe drinking, sterile, previously boiled or still mineral water as appropriate. Do not use very hot or cold water. Children aged six and over require adult supervision; seek medical advice for younger children. Replace the bottle every three months and read the enclosed instructions carefully.
