Directions

Take two to three stick packs daily during the initial stage, reducing to one or two stick packs daily in later stages. Take the gel directly from the sachet and follow the enclosed instructions.

Iceland moss extract, hedge mustard extract, arabinogalactans from larch, honey and essential oils of organic lemon, white thyme, eucalyptus and peppermint.
