Slumber Tea – Pippettes teas

CHAMOMILE FLOWERS  – VALERIAN  – LAVENDER

A calming blend of organic herbs formulated by our medical herbalist to help promote good sleep.

Directions

Infuse 1-2 teaspoons in a mug of hot water. Leave for approximately 5-10 minutes to suit taste. Cover tea to prevent evaporation of beneficial vapours. Maximum recommended dose 3 cups per day.

*Matricaria recutita (german chamomile flower), *Avena sativa (oat straw) , *Valeriana officinalis (valerian root), *Lavandula angustifolia (lavender flower), *escholzia (California poppy), *scutellaria laterifolia (skullcap) *Passiflora incarnata (passionflower leaf), *Melissa officinalis (lemon balm herb)
