Organic Mineral Complex is a rich, plant‑based source of more than 80 naturally occurring trace and macro minerals to support everyday wellbeing. This comprehensive blend features organic nettle leaf, organic horsetail herb, organic seaweed and wild‑harvested Aquamin — each chosen for their exceptional mineral density and natural bioavailability. Together, they help bridge the nutritional gap created by modern diets, which are often low in essential minerals.
At the heart of this formula is Aquamin, a red algae mineral complex sustainably harvested off the west coast of Ireland. It is naturally abundant in calcium and magnesium, along with 74 further trace minerals including manganese, selenium and zinc — all absorbed directly from pristine seawater.
Wild seaweed, harvested in Scotland, provides an unparalleled spectrum of macro‑ and trace elements and is naturally rich in iodine, which contributes to normal thyroid function. Organic nettle leaf offers a valuable source of iron, calcium and silica, while horsetail herb is traditionally known for its naturally occurring silica content.
Certified organic by the Soil Association, this supplement supports both personal health and environmental sustainability. As with all Viridian supplements offered by Kachina, it contains 100% active ingredients with no artificial fillers, additives or nasties, and is sourced according to strict ethical criteria — ensuring no GMOs, palm oil or animal testing.
Please note: Viridian is currently updating its packaging, so the product you receive may look slightly different. The contents remain exactly the same.
