Directions & Storage
Shake vigorously before use. As a food supplement: Adults may take up to 3 teaspoons daily with food. Children aged 1–6: 1 teaspoon daily. Ages 7–11: 2 teaspoons daily. Ages 12+: 3 teaspoons daily.
