Systematic Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology: Root Cause & Systems Balancing

Systematic Kinesiology is an in-depth restorative treatment that addresses the whole person—mental, physical, and emotional. Through precise muscle testing, Olivia Crighton identifies specific imbalances within the body, whether they are mechanical, biochemical, emotional, or energetic. This holistic therapy utilizes a series of prescriptive hands-on techniques to restore homeostasis and facilitate the body’s own innate healing initiatives.

Addressing the Root Cause & Restoring Homeostasis

By investigating the root cause of your symptoms rather than just masking them, these sessions are designed to identify deep-seated imbalances and promote self-healing. This process helps to reduce stress and anxiety while significantly improving energy levels and overall well-being, moving the body toward a state of lasting equilibrium and vitality.

Personalised Healing Elixirs for Continued Support

Every 90-minute Systems Balancing session includes a 20ml bespoke healing elixir, created specifically for you. This prescriptive selection of crystal and flower essences in a herbal base provides continued energetic support long after you leave the therapy room, tailored to your unique frequency and healing journey.
