How to Use:

1. Ensure the application site is clean and dry.

2. Remove the protective paper from one adhesive backing plaster.

3. Open a pouch, remove the patch, and attach the cotton side of the patch to the adhesive side of the plaster.

4. Remove the transparent protective film from the patch and apply it to the desired area.

5. Remove the remaining side strip of protective paper and secure the plaster edges onto the skin.
