Spedra 100mg tablets contain avanafil, a modern, fast-acting prescription treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) in adult men. Who should not use Spedra?

• Recently had a stroke or heart attack
• Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure

• Are allergic to avanafil or any of the tablet ingredients

You should also speak to your doctor before use if you are taking medications for prostate conditions, fungal infections, HIV, or antibiotics that may interact with ED treatments.

How to take Spedra 100mg

• Dose: One 100mg tablet before sexual activity
• Timing: Take approximately 15–30 minutes before planned intercourse
• Maximum use: Once daily
• With or without food: Can be taken with water, but avoid high-fat meals for faster absorption
• Alcohol: Limit alcohol as it may reduce treatment effectiveness and increase side effects
