Preparation Instructions

1. Add the powder to a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Add 150ml of water.

3. Stir well until most of the powder is dissolved (oat flakes will remain visible).

4. Microwave for 2 minutes.

5. Stir and allow to cool to a comfortable temperature before consuming.

6. Add more water if a thinner texture is preferred.

7. Consume immediately after preparation.
