Directions
Adults: take 2-3 capsules three times daily with meals (6-9 capsules total). Children aged 8-12: 1 capsule 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Capsules are best taken with food for optimal absorption.

Per capsule: seed oil blend (flax oil, sunflower oil and sesame oil) 966.86mg (96.68%); capsule shell (modified food starch, carrageenan, glycerin, sorbitol, purified water, caramel); virgin coconut oil 17mg (1.70%); evening primrose oil 10mg (1.00%); soya lecithin (emulsifier); rice bran oil 3mg (0.30%); oat bran oil 0.1mg (0.01%); tocopherol-rich extract (antioxidant). Gluten-free. Allergy advice: may contain traces of mustard and wheat.
Storage
