First Defence is a blend of vitamin C and antioxidant polyphenols including grape seed extract, green tea extract, pine bark extract and pomegranate seed extract. The formula is designed to support immune health and antioxidant protection as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Directions: For daily maintenance, adults take 1 capsule daily with food. Up to a maximum of 4 capsules may be taken daily if required. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
