Imodium Classic 2mg Capsules provide effective relief from acute diarrhoea and may also be used for short-term episodes of diarrhoea associated with medically diagnosed IBS in adults. The capsules contain loperamide, which slows an overactive bowel and helps restore normal fluid absorption. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Directions
Take 2 capsules initially, followed by 1 capsule after each loose stool. Do not take more than 6 capsules in 24 hours and do not use for longer than 48 hours without medical advice. For IBS diarrhoea, use only if the condition has previously been diagnosed by a doctor.
Ingredients
Each capsule contains 2mg loperamide hydrochloride.
