Directions
Wash your hands and the guard. Soften it in hot, not boiling, water according to the fitting guide, then position it over the teeth and mould using gentle finger pressure, tongue pressure and light suction. Allow it to set fully before use. Remould if the fit is not comfortable.

Do not use as an athletic mouthguard or whitening tray. Do not use with dentures, temporary dental work or implants. Braces and specialist dental work require professional fitting.
