Directions

Ingredients
Silicon dioxide, maize starch, manganese gluconate, sodium selenite, biotin, zinc gluconate. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. One capsule provides silicon 196mg, zinc 5mg, manganese 2mg, selenium 55µg and biotin 37.5µg.
