Hollister Conform 2™ CeraPlus™ Flat Skin Barriers are two-piece ostomy baseplates with a ceramide-infused CeraPlus™ extended-wear skin barrier and Floating Flange, designed for use with compatible Hollister Conform 2™ pouches.

The flat profile is generally suitable for stomas that protrude adequately above the skin and where the surrounding peristomal area is relatively even.

CeraPlus™ incorporates Remois Technology™ with ceramide, a naturally occurring component of healthy skin. The formulation is designed to help protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier while maintaining secure adhesive performance.

The Floating Flange allows fingers to be placed underneath the coupling ring when attaching the pouch, helping reduce the amount of pressure applied directly to the abdomen.

These barriers are compatible with appropriately sized Conform 2™ closed, drainable, high-output and urostomy pouches.

Important: the 55mm or 70mm measurement is the pouch coupling size, not the stoma diameter. The pouch and skin barrier must have matching Conform 2 coupling sizes.
