Hollister Conform 2™ CeraPlus™ 17A00 is a Soft Convex two-piece ostomy skin barrier with an adhesive border, designed for use with compatible 70mm Conform 2™ pouches.
It has a 13–51mm cut-to-fit stoma opening and combines Hollister’s CeraPlus™ ceramide-infused skin barrier with a softer, more flexible convex profile.
Soft Convex is distinct from Hollister’s standard Convex barrier. It is intended to provide gentler convex support while adapting to the body’s contours and movement.
It may be appropriate where some convexity is required but a softer and more flexible profile is preferable, for example with slightly flush or retracted stomas or softer abdominal contours.
The surrounding adhesive border provides additional flexibility and outer-edge fixation.
CeraPlus™ incorporates ceramide and is designed to help support healthy peristomal skin and protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier.
