Product Description:
Fortisip Feeding Supplement Vanilla Flavour is a dietary supplement used to meet the nutritional requirements where this cannot be attained from foods or should be used as a sole source of nutrition. The medical food supplement should be taken under medical supervision.
Usage / Instructions:
- Fortisip is ready to drink and is best served chilled
- Shake well before opening
Warnings:
- Store in a cool, dry place (5-25C)
- Once opened Fortisip should be consumed within 4 hours or stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Discard unused contents thereafter
- Not suitable for use as a sole source of nutrition in children under 6 years of age
- Not suitable for patients with galactosaemia
