Kerralite Cool™ is a non-adhesive moisture-balancing hydrogel dressing designed for dry to low-exuding wounds. Its Pro-ionic™ Technology responds to the wound by donating or absorbing moisture as required, helping soften slough and necrotic tissue and support natural debridement.

Kerralite Cool™ is intended for dry to low-exuding wounds and is not suitable for heavily exuding wounds, where excess moisture may increase the risk of peri-wound maceration.
