Dexpanthenol acts like a moisturiser, it improves the stratum corner hydration, reduces transepidermal water loss and maintains skin softness and elasticity. Moreover, it activates the fibroblast proliferation and accelerates reepithelization in wound healing.
Panthenol is essential for the normal function of epithelial tissues. It helps repair damaged tissue and promotes normal keratinisation of the skin and hair. Deficiency results in loss and discolouration of hair.
