The very best oil for depression, post-illness, PMT (cramps etc). Very relaxing, so best used late in the evening. Helps relieve anxiety and muscular tension. Dilute and massage stomach to relieve menstrual pain or add 2-3 drops to carrier oil then add to a warm bath.
