Who can use this product:

This product is safe to use in adults and children 3 years and above. It can be used 2 to 6 times DAILY and is only recommended for short term use. 

Directions for use:

• Prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril.
• Press briefly without tilting your head backwards or sniffing and remove.
• Blow your nose.
• Repeat in other nostril.
• Use as often as required.
• Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry.
