Our Dragon’s Blood smudge sticks are hand-tied bundles of sage infused with aromatic Dragon’s Blood resin sourced from Mexico, which gives them their striking deep red colour. Dragon’s Blood has been treasured for generations for its distinctive fragrance and its place in traditional aromatic and ceremonial practices.

When burned, the bundles release a rich, warm aroma with resinous, earthy notes and subtle hints of sweetness, making them a wonderful addition to meditation spaces, altars, incense collections and ceremonial settings.

How to Use

Light the tip of the bundle, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the leaves smoulder and release their aromatic smoke. Hold over or rest in a heatproof dish, such as an abalone shell or ceramic bowl. To finish, press the lit end gently into sand or the dish until fully extinguished.
