Our tea bags are unbleached and plastic free and weight 3g per bag

Suggested Use for tea bags: Place 1 bag into 300mls hot water, stir & steep for 3-5 mins. Tea bag can be used twice.

Suggested Use for loose herbs: Place 1tsp 300mls hot water, stir & steep for 3-5 mins then strain or put 1tsp into a tea infuser, swirl or stir around, steep for 3-5mins, swirl or stir again, wait for herbs to settle, then pour. 

Suggested Dosage: Drink 1-2 cups a day

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
