A Blend Rooted in Ayurvedic Research
Flavour Notes: Gentle, grounding, and soothing – designed for rest, digestion, and balance.
The name AyurChai is inspired by Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old science of life and longevity. Each ingredient is selected not only for its flavour, but also for its documented therapeutic benefits in traditional Ayurvedic texts and modern clinical studies.
- Ashwagandha is scientifically shown to reduce cortisol and support hormonal balance.
- Tulsi is recognised as a natural adaptogen for immune defence and stress regulation.
- Fennel, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon are clinically known for aiding digestion and metabolic health, whilst Liquorice root brings natural sweetness.
This caffeine-free chai is more than a beverage. It’s an evidence-backed herbal formulation designed to restore balance to the body, mind, and nervous system. Ayur Chai is designed as a daily ritual rather than just a drink – comforting, gently spiced, and deeply aromatic.
Best enjoyed warm with milk.
Small Note: Why “Ayur”?
“Ayur” comes from the Sanskrit word root found in Ayurveda, which roughly translates: “the knowledge of life” or “wisdom for living.”
We chose the name to reflect a blend inspired by traditional herbal wisdom and everyday balance.
