Bitters Mix Tincture!

Ingredients:

• Angelica archangelica — Angelica

• Artemisia absinthium — Wormwood (grown in wales)

• Matricaria recutita — Chamomile  (grown in wales)

• Andrographis paniculata — Andrographis

• Gentiana lutea — Gentian root

• Elettaria cardamomum — Cardamom

• Cinnamomum zeylanicum — Ceylon Cinnamon / True Cinnamon

• Silybum marianum — Milk Thistle

Dose:  5 – 10 drops on tongue 20 mins before eating, or as an aperitif before eating, or digestif after eating, or as the bitter’s element in a cocktail.
