Calm
Calm is a caffeine-free blend of unprocessed saffron stigmas, rooibos and natural flowers (rose & chamomile). This product is designed to soothe the body and comfort the mind by alleviating stress.
Origin
Our key ingredient – saffron – is grown and hand-picked at our very own saffron farm in Bulgaria. Each blend is then mixed by an award-winning tea manufacturer using only natural ingredients (no preservatives or fillers), including a variety of Ayurvedic herbs and adaptogens from around the world.

Taste
Combines floral notes with underlying hints of nutmeg sweetness to produce a full-bodied mouthfeel. Gentle floral aroma.
How to
Take some time for yourself to relax. Boil 200ml of water to 75-85C, add 1 teaspoon of tea, and brew for 3-5 minutes. For desired effects, have two cups of Han-Chiga tea per day.
