Cetraben Emollient Bath Additive (500ml Bottle): Cetraben Emollient Bath Additive is used to relieve dry skin and eczema. It is fragrance free, does not contain lanolin, peanut oil, alcohol or urea and disperses when added to the bath.

Just as the cream, Cetraben Emollient Bath Additive is ideal for dry skin conditions as dry skin results from lack of water in the outer layer of skin cells known as the stratum corneum. When this layer becomes dehydrated it loses flexibility and becomes cracked and sometimes itchy. The skin dries out when too much water evaporates from its surface. This unfortunatley increases as we get older, and can be made worse by washing as hot water and soap remove the layer of natural oil on the skin surface.

Cetraben Emollient Bath Additive is helpful for all dry skin conditions, particularly eczema and dermatitis, which get worse when the skin is allowed to dry out. Used regularly Cetraben can help to restore the skin’s smoothness, softness and flexibility by helping the skin to retain moisture. Cetraben should be applied frequently to prevent the skin drying out.

Directions:

How to use Cetraben Emollient Bath:

Add to a warm water bath or apply to wet skin before showering.

Children- add half/one capful to warm water bath

Adults – add one/two capfuls to warm water bath

Shower – apply lightly using a wet sponge.

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Mild skin reactions have been seen very rarely. Avoid contact with the eyes.
