Product Description
Colgate FluoriGard Alcohol Free Mouth Rinse is a dentist recommended mouthwash to help restore tooth enamel. This is because the alcohol free sodium fluoride mouthwash reduces caries by inhibiting demineralisation and promoting remineralisation of the tooth surface, providing daily protection to teeth. As its alcohol-free it’s suitable for children and patients who may prefer an alcohol-free mouth rinse. Fluoride works in three ways to protect teeth from attack by the acids that are produced by sugars:
- Reduces the formation of plaque acids
- Prevents mineral loss caused by plaque attacks
- Promotes re-mineralisation of early decay
