Directions
Remove one applicator from the pack. Do not use if the tamper evident tab is broken. Hold the narrow end upwards, twist off the tab and gently insert the narrow end into the vagina. Squeeze the bulb 2–3 times to deposit the lubricant, then remove while continuing to squeeze. Dispose after use. Each applicator is single use only and may be applied 10–15 minutes before intercourse.
