The small, easy to swallow tablets have a gastro-resistant coating, so they only work where they’re needed, in the intestine.
Take at night in the comfort of your own home and, when you wake again (between 6-12 hours later), you’ll feel able to poo. So, you can expect to feel good inside and out.
Directions
Adults aged 18+ years old:
1 to 2 tablets before bedtime (it’s recommended you start helps relieve with 1 tablet per day)
These tablets should not be taken every day for more than 5 days. If you need laxatives every day, then you should see your doctor to find the cause of your constipation. Overuse can be harmful.
