This bilberry jam is made by Cămara Pogana, in a breathtaking area of Romania, nestled halfway along one of Romania’s most beautiful mountain roads ‘Transalpina’. It is made according to a traditional recipe, using only two ingredients: handpicked mountain bilberries from the spontaneous flora of the Cindrel mountains and sugar. That’s it. Absolutely no additives or preservatives, just a pure taste of nature preserved in every jar.
Certified as a Mountain Product by Romania’s Ministry of agriculture, this jam is a true celebration of authenticity. With its intense violet colour this jam is a delicacy appreciated for its intense, natural taste and abundant health benefits.
