FRONTLINE Spot On for LARGE DOGS

Frontline Spot on for Large Dogs: 20-40Kg (3 Pipettes): is for the prevention of infestations by fleas and ticks in dogs and is part of a treatment strategy for Flea Allergy Dermatitis in dogs where this has been previously diagnosed by a Veterinary Surgeon.

Frontline Spot On Large Dog controls infestations with biting lice on dogs. It is effective against fleas for approx 2 months and ticks for up to 1month in dogs. It also controls lice within 48 hours. Routine treatment is advised to prevent flea infestations.

Frontline Spot On Dog can also be used in puppies from 8 weeks of age and weighing over 2kg.



How does Frontline Spot On Large Dog work?



1. Frontline Spot On Large Dog acts by direct contact with parasites and not via your pet’s bloodstream. It kills fleas within 24 hours without requiring them to bite your pet.


2. Frontline Spot On Large Dog is applied externally to your pet’s skin on the back of the neck. 

3. The active ingredient, fipronil, quickly dissolves into the natural oils of your pet’s skin and coat, dispersing over the entire body surface within 24 hours and concentrating in the skin’s oil glands to form a reservoir. 

4. Fipronil is then secreted with the natural oils of the skin and hair, continuously coating your pet’s skin and hair for several weeks after application – in fact it’s the longest-lasting spot on flea treatment available without prescription.

Directions:

Frontline Spot On Large Dog route of administration:

Apply directly to the skin on the back of the dog’s neck and make sure that it is not touched until it’s dry.

Frontline Spot On Dosage:

1 pipette of Frontline spot on small dog 0.67 ml per dog weighing over 2 kg and up to 10 kg bodyweight (approximately 7.5 – 15 mg/kg).

1 pipette of Frontline spot on medium dog 1.34 ml per dog weighing over 10 kg and up to 20 kg bodyweight (approximately 7.5 – 15 mg/kg).

1 pipette of Frontline spot on large dog 2.68 ml per dog weighing over 20 kg and up to 40 kg bodyweight (approximately 7.5 – 15 mg/kg).

1 pipette of Frontline spot on XL dog 4.02 ml per dog weighing over 40 kg and up to 60 kg bodyweight (approximately 7.5 15 mg/kg).

Ingredients:
