Gaviscon Original Liquid provides fast relief from heartburn and indigestion. Sodium alginate forms a protective barrier over the stomach contents to help stop acid rising into the oesophagus and soothe burning discomfort.
Directions
Shake well before use. Adults and children aged 12 years and over: take 10–20ml after meals and at bedtime. Children under 12 years should only take this medicine on medical advice. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist after 7 days.
Active ingredients
Each 10ml contains 500mg sodium alginate, 267mg sodium bicarbonate and 160mg calcium carbonate.
