Hollister Conform 2™ CeraPlus™ 15100 is a convex two-piece ostomy skin barrier with a Floating Flange, designed for use with compatible 55mm Conform 2™ pouches.
The barrier has a 13–38mm cut-to-fit stoma opening and incorporates Hollister’s ceramide-infused CeraPlus™ extended-wear formulation.
The convex profile provides additional pressure around the stoma and may be appropriate for stomas that are flush, retracted or positioned within an inward body contour where a flat barrier does not provide an adequate seal.
The Floating Flange allows fingers to be positioned underneath the coupling when attaching the pouch, reducing the amount of pressure that needs to be applied directly against the abdomen.
CeraPlus™ contains ceramide and is designed to help protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier and support healthy peristomal skin. Hollister specifies that this version is convex, cut-to-fit and without a tape border.
