Hollister Conform 2™ CeraPlus™ Flat Skin Barriers with Adhesive Border are ceramide-infused two-piece ostomy baseplates providing a flat CeraPlus™ barrier together with an additional flexible adhesive border for increased outer-edge security.

The CeraPlus™ formulation incorporates ceramide and is designed to help maintain healthy peristomal skin and protect the skin’s natural moisture barrier.

The flat barrier profile is generally intended for stomas that protrude sufficiently above skin level and where significant convex support is not required.

The additional adhesive border extends beyond the main hydrocolloid barrier and can provide additional flexibility and fixation around the perimeter of the appliance. This may be useful where additional edge security is preferred.

The barriers are designed for use with compatible Hollister Conform 2™ pouches, including closed, drainable, high-output and urostomy options.
