Directions
For acute complaints, adults and children take 2 sachets three to five times daily between meals, diluted in water or tea if preferred; a dose may also be taken before bedtime. Once symptoms improve, continue with 1 sachet three times daily for a few days. For chronic complaints, adults may take 1 sachet three times daily for up to 6 weeks.
