Vetiver is a fragrant grass originally native to India, where it has been prized for centuries – woven into cooling mats and screens, and its aromatic roots used in perfumery and traditional practices. Madagascar is one of the world’s most respected sources of vetiver, renowned for its rich, full-bodied aroma. When burned, it releases a deep, earthy, smoky scent with woody and gently sweet notes.

How to Use

Light the tip of the bundle, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders and releases its aromatic smoke. Hold over or rest in a heatproof dish, such as an abalone shell or ceramic bowl. To finish, press the lit end gently into sand or the dish until fully extinguished.
