How Millinette prevents pregnancy

Directions

Millinette comes in strips of 21 tablets, all labelled with a corresponding day of the week. You should take one tablet per day at around the same time each day. Once you’ve finished the 21 pills in your strip, you should take a 7-day break and take no pills during this time. You will still be protected from pregnancy during this break, but you’re likely to experience a withdrawal bleed similar to a period.
