Myrrh and Liquorice are herbs traditionally used to reduce inflammation and infection.
Ideal for use in sore throats, tonsillitis, and mouth ulcers.
This blend includes the herbs: Commiphora molmol (Myrrh) and Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice).
Directions for use:
Dilute 5ml of tincture in 20-30ml of water. Take small sips and gargle with each for 1 min and spit out. Repeat 3-4x a day or as needed to relieve symptoms.

Long term use of liquorice should be avoided by people with high blood pressure.
Not suitable for children under 12.
