The tea also brings an increased supply of iron, making it beneficial in the case of an iron deficiency or anemia.

Consumption: To prepare the tea, add 1 teaspoon of the mix to 250ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes. To benefit from optimal therapeutic effects, it is recommended to consume 3 cups of tea a day.
