How to use:
Place the mask flat on a clean microwave-safe plate. Heat for 25 seconds in an 800 W microwave, check the temperature carefully, then place over closed eyes for 10 minutes.
Important information:
Do not heat in an oven or steamer. Never apply the mask if it feels excessively hot.
