The highest grade of Matcha we have sourced, first-harvest, organic ceremonial Matcha from Uji, Japan, produced by a tea-making family whose heritage stretches back more than 200 years.

We wanted our Matcha to represent the very best quality we could offer. Rather than sourcing an everyday green tea powder, we chose an exceptional ceremonial Matcha from Uji, one of Japan’s most celebrated and historic tea-growing regions.

Our Matcha comes through a Japanese family producer with more than 200 years of tea heritage, where generations of knowledge sit behind the Matcha we source today.

Made from carefully selected, shade-grown, first-harvest tea leaves and traditionally stone-ground into an exceptionally fine powder, the result is a Matcha with a striking vibrant green colour, beautifully smooth character, gentle natural sweetness and deep umami finish.

How to Prepare

Add approximately 1–2g of Matcha to a bowl or cup. Add a small amount of hot, but not boiling, water and whisk briskly until smooth and lightly frothy.

Enjoy traditionally with water, or add your favourite plant milk for a Matcha latte.
