Ausha Organic Ginger Powder is made from pure dried ginger root (Zingiber officinale), cleaned, dried and ground into a fine powder. It has a warm, spicy and slightly sweet flavour, with a pale yellow to light brown colour. It won a 1-Star Great Taste Award in 2023.
